Dubai-based real estate brokerage firm Nexus Point Real Estate and the city-based real estate major consultant RedCat Property Pvt Ltd on Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Under this MoU, both the companies will help the investors from Gujarat to invest in Dubai as well as in India. Furthermore, this will act as a catalyst for developing the industrial sector, creating large number of jobs for people of Gujarat and various business real estate entries in Dubai.

Speaking to the media, Nexus Point CEO (India) Amit Dahima said, “We have been offering investment consultancy to people from cities like Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot through our local partner RedCat Property to buy properties in Dubai which will fetch a regular income. In Dubai, 1 BHK residential property costs approximately Rs 1.5 crore. Prospective investors can make payment through escrow account, a secure mode, and will get the property documents in two or three working days. We will ensure that the investor gets 8 percent regular income per month from this property for 12 years.”
Answering a query on the company’s business projection from Gujarat, Amit Dahima replied that “we are aiming to garner around Rs 1,000 crore from this vibrant market.”
Commenting on the MoU, RedCat Property founder and managing director Nilkant Swamy said, “We have been offering one-stop solution for property buyers and sellers both from the domestic and international markets. “The main advantage of this MoU is that investment will pour in from the entire globe in Gujarat real estate sector giving a big developmental push to our state. Different entities from Dubai have shown keen interest in investing in Gujarat and Gujaratis have also made sizable investment in Dubai properties,” Swamy added.
Virendra Wala, Non-Executive Director of Redcat Property and the CEO Mayank Shridhar were also present on the occasion.
