They currently run more than 350 retail stores and are now looking to further expand in Rajasthan and Maharashtra. The Company has already opened flagship stores in cities like Pune, Aurangabad, Jaipur and Udaipur. It has plans to add over 100 new stores in the next 1 year.
Phonewale further announced that it has extended its partnership with Onsitego, India’s #1 device care company, to offer extended warranty and damage protection plans across all its stores. Phonewale wants to provide best after-sales services to its customers and believes Onsitego is best placed to fulfil this promise across multiple states and cities.
Founded in 2010, Onsitego has been providing hassle-free repair services throughout the country powered by its extensive service network covering 19,000+ pin codes. Its protection plans are available in more than 10,000 retail stores in India.
With the upcoming festival season and key launches like Apple’s iPhone 15, demand for mobile phones will see a significant growth. Partnership of Phonewale and Onsitego will not only provide more options to the customers but will also enable the customers to use their devices worry-free.
