AHMEDABAD, JAN 2
In a powerful celebration of faith, community and spiritual upliftment, Maheshdham Seva Charitable Trust has organised a grand three-day religious and cultural programme at Maheshdham near Navagam Fire Station on the Bareja–Navagam Road. The event, held from Friday to Sunday, January 2 to January 4, 2026, draws thousands of devotees for divine inspiration, devotional music, thought-provoking discourses and sacred rituals.

The inaugural day opened on an auspicious note with a Pothi Yatra and the formal inauguration of a newly constructed hall and guest house, symbolising Maheshdham’s growing role as a centre for spiritual education and community service.
Divine Discourses and Community Devotion
The afternoon session saw renowned spiritual orator Jaya Kishori ji deliver her acclaimed discourse “Nanibai Ki Mayre Ki Katha,” drawing a large, engaged audience of devotees. Her teachings, grounded in timeless wisdom and inner transformation, resonate deeply with people seeking peace and purpose. Jaya Kishori has been vocal on social media about the peace that spiritual practice brings to one’s life; in a recent Instagram post from a global gathering, she said, “It was so lovely to meet you” — reflecting the warmth and connectedness she fosters with seekers worldwide.

Revered spiritual leader Dandi Swami Shri Jitendranand Saraswati ji — National General Secretary of Akhil Bharatiya Sant Samiti and General Secretary of Ganga Mahasabha, Varanasi — graced the occasion with his presence, adding further depth to the sacred atmosphere.
Day Two: Motivational Insights and Cultural Narratives
On Saturday, January 3, the programme features an inspiring session by well-known motivational personality Shri Sairam Dave, whose talks blend spiritual wisdom with practical life guidance. The day will also include a spotlight on the life of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, presented by “Guruji Ki Pathshala,” inviting devotees to draw courage, leadership inspiration and moral fortitude from India’s storied past.
The presence of respected spiritual guide Baba Nandlal ji underscores the day’s focus on inner transformation and devotional practice.
Day Three: Gratitude, Felicitations and Eternal Wisdom
The concluding day, Sunday, January 4, will honour the tradition of recognising donors and Bhamashahs for their wholehearted support of Maheshdham’s mission. Distinguished guests will felicitate patrons whose generosity sustains the trust’s many humanitarian and spiritual endeavours.
Jaya Kishori ji will return to the dais with another soul-stirring discourse designed to inspire introspection and devotion. Shri Jay Vasavada will also offer his reflections on sacred wisdom and modern life.
A Festival of Faith, Culture and Devotion
The three-day event not only strengthens Maheshdham’s spiritual and cultural objectives, but also fosters a deeper sense of community among devotees and visitors from surrounding regions. With a blend of devotion, inspiration and cultural storytelling, the programme continues the rich tradition of spiritual festivals across India that unite seekers of all ages.
