The Federation of IT Associations of Gujarat (FITAG) has taken a remarkable initiative to encourage and empower women in Gujarat’s IT industry. FITAG has officially launched its unique program “Aatmanirbhar Womaniya”, aimed at providing women with recognition, networking opportunities, and new avenues for growth.
The primary objective of this initiative is to strengthen women’s participation and leadership in the IT sector while promoting entrepreneurship among women professionals.
Every association affiliated with FITAG has been invited to join this campaign. Through their respective associations, registrations are being encouraged for women who are leading IT companies, working as partners, holding key responsibilities, or those who, as sisters, daughters, or wives of IT entrepreneurs, are successfully managing their own businesses.
The initiative has received an overwhelming response. Many women entrepreneurs have actively joined and contributed to making this program a great success. Their inspiring views and experiences are sure to encourage many more women to come forward and be part of this movement.
