The heartthrob of Bollywood and fitness freak Vidyut Jamwal on March 1 inaugurated 11th branch of Gym Lounge Premium in Chandkheda area of Ahmedabad.
The state-of-the-art gym is ideally located on the 2nd Floor, Vitthal Mall, New CG Road, Near Vishwakarma Engineering College, Chandkheda.
Speaking about the gym, Vijay Senger, “The Gym Lounge Premium is equipped with the most advanced equipment and employed certified trainers to help the customers concentrate on their workouts without any worry about injuries. Keeping the safety aspect of women fitness freaks, we have well trained female coaches. We have 180 staff strength which is our asset. Gym and diet allow fitness freaks to stay motivated and protected from many ailments. Our kitchen offers nutritious, protein-rich food prepared in hygienic condition to cater to the trainees. The monthly membership starts at Rs 12,000 onwards.”
When asked about the expansion plans, “We have planned to open five more branches in Vadodara and Surat after strengthening our presence in Ahmedabad. It costs Rs 1.5 crore to set up a gym,” Senger added.
After the inauguration, speaking to the media Vidyut Jamwal, “My advice to youth is staying focused on your goal with dedication, hard work, and integrity to succeed in life. To get the perfect physique, one should work out under the guidance of a qualified trainer and take proper diet. Vegans can also have a good physique provided they take a balanced diet.”
When asked about the difference between Kollywood and Bollywood he said, “There is no difference between these two industries. Whatever you do you contribute your 100 per cent, success will kiss you.”
