By virtue of its presence and reach in Gujarat, Trends has planned an interesting contest for its consumers across state during the kite flying festival, Uttarayan.
Trends across over 40 stores in Gujarat, would be connecting with consumers for the auspicious Uttarayana festival, through an interesting “Selfie with Kites Contest”. The contest is about by inviting entries from its customers, to share a selfie of themselves along with “Kite Flying”, by them in their homes, consumers would have to send their entries on a dedicated WhatsApp number of Trends.
The selfie or photo which is adjudged as the “best colour coordinated theme for Uttarayan” and will be awarded the first prize of gift card worth Rs 5,000, second prize of gift card worth Rs 2,000 and six consolation prizes of gift card worth Rs 500. Not just that, every participant will get a Trends discount coupon which can be collected from the nearest Trends store. The contest will end on January 20.
The announcement about the contest will be through WhatsApp communication to consumers as well as Trends Leaflets that will reach consumers through door-to-door distribution. Eminent people from nearby catchment of Trends store, will adjudge the entries.
Post receiving the entries, Trends would send out ‘Thank You’ messages to applicants on WhatsApp for their participation.
