Automobile major Ford India distributed face shields and masks free of cost to frontline healthcare warriors like members of Ahmedabad Medical Association, the Red Cross Society and the government-run healthcare centre staffers as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
These products were specially manufactured the the company’s Sanand plant on the outskirts of Ahmedabad in Gujarat, a senior official of the company said.
