City-based Friday Fiction Films, a creative film-making and communications company, which has won many an international awards, on Sunday announced a paid internship programme for Mass Communication students.
The company invites applications from Under-Graduates with Mass Communication Degree or Diploma from any of the recognised institutions or universities in India. Selected candidates will be paid Rs 15,000 per month as honorarium during the internship period which will be of one year duration. After the successful completion of the internship, they will be absorbed on the company role.
The following competencies are required from the candidates.
Good command over English, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions with working knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi will be preferred. Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. The job profile requires travelling inside and outside Gujarat. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure is essential. Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision and strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management will be added advantages.
