Hosted from May 15-31, and available 24 hours, this seasonal showcase will serve a curated selection of preparations made using mangoes at Adalaj Pavilion, the hotel’s signature all-day dining restaurant, known for its refined interpretations of Indian and global cuisines.
Anchored in ITC Hotels’ core ethos of Responsible Luxury, Mango Fiesta is designed as a true farm-to-table experience. It is a tribute to the sun-kissed mango harvest of Gujarat and its cultural and culinary heritage that is all things mangoes in summers indeed. Local sourcing and including the seasonal varieties, Mango Fiesta is ITC Narmada’s humble attempt to nurture the local and regional economy and reduce its carbon footprint.
