In a proud moment for Gujarat and the National Cadet Corps (NCC), Cadet Manuj Kumar of 1 Gujarat NCC Battalion has been selected to represent India in the prestigious National Cadet Corps Youth Exchange Programme (YEP) 2026 to the Kyrgyz Republic, marking a significant international milestone in his NCC journey.
A BBA student of Seventh Day Adventist Arts & Science College, Manuj Kumar earned the coveted selection after demonstrating exceptional excellence in academics, sports, leadership and military discipline—qualities that distinguish the country’s finest NCC cadets.
The Youth Exchange Programme is among the NCC’s most prestigious international initiatives, offering selected cadets the opportunity to serve as youth ambassadors while fostering leadership, cross-cultural understanding and enduring ties between India and friendly foreign nations.
