A pious beginning to a shared journey
As the sacred chants of “Ganpati Bappa Morya” resonated across workplaces, MYCPE ONE brought the divine spirit of Lord Ganesha into its offices across India, transforming Ganesh Chaturthi into an occasion of faith, fellowship and togetherness.

The Ahmedabad-headquartered global accounting and professional services platform celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi across 13 locations in India, with nearly 3,000 employees joining the festivities. From Ahmedabad and GIFT City in Gandhinagar to Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat, Mohali, Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Bhopal, Nagpur and Ranchi, employees welcomed Ganpati Bappa with traditional celebrations and prayers.
The celebrations reflected the enduring spiritual message associated with Lord Ganesha—the remover of obstacles, the bestower of wisdom and the divine force invoked at the beginning of auspicious journeys.
When workplaces become spaces of devotion
Across MYCPE ONE offices, the festive atmosphere came alive with beautiful floral decorations, traditional garlands and glowing diyas, while small Ganesh pandals were installed at office premises to mark the arrival of Lord Ganesha.

The celebrations brought a distinctly Indian spiritual character into the workplace, with teams coming together to observe the festival while preserving its traditional essence.
For a growing organisation with employees spread across multiple cities and functions, the celebrations also created an opportunity to strengthen bonds beyond professional responsibilities.
One organisation, many cities, one festive spirit
The Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations were held across MYCPE ONE’s expanding network of locations, encompassing established business centres as well as emerging talent markets.
The company has been steadily adding delivery locations across India as it builds teams to support its international client base.
Employees from different functions and locations participated in celebrations at their respective offices, creating a common thread of devotion and cultural connection across the organisation.

Shalin Parikh, CEO and Co-Founder, MYCPE ONE, said: “Festivals such as Ganesh Chaturthi create an opportunity for our teams to come together beyond their everyday roles. As our presence grows across different cities, it is important that our workplaces remain connected to such festive traditions and communities building around them.”
Faith meets the modern workplace
The celebrations form part of MYCPE ONE’s employee engagement initiatives as the company continues to expand its workforce across India.
Its India operations include teams working in accounting, technology, professional education, digital services and other functions supporting its global business.
The company has a global workforce of more than 3,000 professionals and operates through 40-plus offices across five countries, serving CPA and accounting firms and businesses across international markets.
