Demonstrating that wellness is a shared journey extending beyond the battlefield and into everyday life, Headquarters Dakshin Bharat Area celebrated the 12th International Day of Yoga with spirited participation from serving soldiers, their spouses and children across its establishments.
The celebration, organised under this year’s theme, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing,” highlighted yoga’s enduring relevance as a lifelong practice that promotes physical vitality, mental resilience and emotional balance at every stage of life.
