SURAT, AUG 19
Can Surat’s entrepreneurial energy become the launchpad for the next generation of globally delivered professional services? MYCPE ONE is betting firmly on it.
In a significant expansion of its Gujarat footprint, MYCPE ONE has opened a new 100-seat office at Kalp Business Center on City Light Road, Athwa, Surat, strengthening its capacity to serve clients across the US, Canada and the UK, while creating room for a major expansion of its local workforce.
The move is more than a change of address. It represents the company’s attempt to build a larger global delivery engine out of Surat, with the new facility designed to accommodate a growing team, deepen collaboration and support an expanding portfolio of international professional-services clients.
MYCPE ONE, a multi-service platform serving CPA and accounting firms, provides offshore staffing, continuing professional education (CPE), digital marketing, IT, cybersecurity and AI implementation services.
100 seats today, 100 professionals tomorrow
MYCPE ONE began its Surat operations in 2023, identifying the city as a strategic delivery base for its expanding international client portfolio.
The company currently employs 55 professionals in Surat and expects that number to reach 100 within the next 12–24 months.
The new facility, therefore, has been conceived not merely to house the existing workforce but to provide the infrastructure required for the next phase of recruitment and business expansion.
The larger workspace replaces the company’s earlier office and provides a more expansive environment for team collaboration, service delivery and future growth.
For Surat, the expansion also adds another dimension to the city’s evolving economic profile—moving beyond its traditional industrial strengths towards technology-enabled, knowledge-intensive and globally delivered services.
Global clients, Gujarat talent
MYCPE ONE’s growth strategy is closely linked to its international client base.
The company is expanding its capabilities across offshore staffing, CPE, digital marketing, IT, cybersecurity and AI implementation, areas in which professional services firms increasingly seek specialised and cost-efficient global support.
The Surat facility is expected to provide the workforce and infrastructure necessary to scale these services while allowing the company to tap into Gujarat’s growing pool of skilled professionals.
Shalin Parikh, CEO and Co-Founder, MYCPE ONE, said the new office represented the next stage of the company’s journey in the city.
“The new office marks the next phase of our growth in Surat. Our business and client base continue to expand across the US, Canada and the UK, and we wanted a workplace that could grow with our team.”
“This facility gives us greater capacity while creating a better environment for collaboration, client delivery and everyday work. Surat remains an important part of our growth story, and we are continuing to invest here,” Parikh added.
Built for work, collaboration and scale
Located on City Light Road in Athwa, an established business and retail corridor, the new office has been designed around both operational efficiency and employee experience.
The facility offers two meeting rooms and three private cabins, alongside high-speed Wi-Fi, CCTV surveillance and power backup.
Employee-focused amenities include conference facilities, storage lockers, a pantry with tea and coffee facilities and a dedicated team lounge.
The building also provides bicycle parking and paid car parking, adding convenience for employees commuting to the workplace.

Surat’s global services story gathers pace
The expansion comes at a time when Indian cities beyond the traditional metropolitan hubs are increasingly becoming delivery centres for international businesses.
Surat’s combination of entrepreneurial culture, expanding talent base and improving business infrastructure provides companies with an opportunity to build specialised teams while operating from a city with a strong commercial ecosystem.
For MYCPE ONE, the objective is clear: build locally, deliver globally and scale from Gujarat.
The new 100-seat office gives the company the physical capacity to support that ambition. More importantly, its planned expansion from 55 to 100 professionals signals confidence that Surat can play a substantially larger role in the company’s international growth story.
