RIKS Global Foods Private Limited proudly launched Gheeyonnaise, the world’s first ghee-based spread—a delicious, wholesome alternative to traditional mayonnaise that blends India’s ancient nutrition wisdom with modern taste trends. This unique product—rich, creamy and free from palm oil and vegetable oils—is set to redefine spreads for health-focused consumers across India and beyond.
Daily One-Tonne Production, Four Exciting Flavours
Answering a question on production capacity, Kehul Shah, Managing Director, Riks Global Foods, said Gheeyonnaise is currently available in four distinct flavours—Cheesy Spread, Tandoori Spread, Pineapple Spread, and Mix Berries Spread—with a production capacity of one tonne per day at its state-of-the-art Changodhar plant. The initial SKU is a 250-gram pack, attractively Riks Global Foodspriced at ₹250 in a food-grade plastic bottle, with plans to introduce small and larger format packs soon. All variants are available on major e-commerce platforms under the Satvik foods category.

Chief Operating Officer Harshil Shah highlighted the innovation journey: “This product took over 18 months of dedicated research and development, including the import of premium German machinery to ensure world-class quality and consistency.” Gheeyonnaise stands apart not just for its unique base ingredient—A2 Gir cow ghee—but for its versatility across cuisines and applications.
