GANDHINAGAR, SEPT 19

Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City)—India’s first operational smart city and a project of national importance— is gearing up to host grand Navratri celebrations from September 22 to October 1, 2025, bringing Gujarat’s vibrant cultural traditions to the global firms and professionals operating out of GIFT City, as well as to the local communities.

Stars set to dazzle

The nine-day festivities, themed “Future with Culture”, will feature electrifying performances by top Gujarati artists, including Himali Vyas Naik, Shyamal-Saumil & Aarti Munshi, Aishwarya Joshi, Brijraj Gadhvi, and Hiral Brahmbhatt. Designed for both employees of international companies based in GIFT City and the wider community, the event will showcase Garba at its finest with a specially curated ground, smooth access and exit facilities, ample parking, and shuttle services from parking areas to the venue.

Gujarat’s most sought-after Garba destination

Speaking on the celebrations, Sanjay Kaul, Managing Director & Group CEO, GIFT City, said, “Navratri at GIFT City is more than a festival; it is a cultural experience that brings together global professionals, residents, and visitors. With world-class infrastructure supporting seamless arrangements and leading artists adding to the festive spirit, GIFT City has fast become one of Gujarat’s most sought-after Garba destinations.”

In addition, dedicated Garba learning session will be organised exclusively for employees working within GIFT City, strengthening community engagement across global and Indian firms. The venue will also feature diverse food courts, ample parking space, ferry services, safe family-friendly spaces, ensuring a wholesome festive experience.

By offering an international-standard yet deeply traditional celebration, GIFT City’s Navratri uniquely positions the financial hub as a place where culture and commerce converge—making it one of the most distinctive destinations for Garba in Gujarat this year.
