Marching firmly on the path towards academic excellence, GLS University has entered into yet another academic collaboration aimed at further strengthening its knowledge environment.
Through a rigorous process of discussions and deliberations, an MoU was signed between two academic giants of international reach and repute, GLS University and the CFA Institute.
GLS University is the pioneering university in the state of Gujarat with which the CFA Institute has signed an MoU. The CFA Institute, a global authority in investment management education, is renowned for its CFA Program, a credential highly recognized in the finance industry. Through its extensive resources and expertise, the CFA Institute plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance professionals worldwide. This collaboration is set to redefine how students at GLS University engage with the financial sector. Continuing its mission to create a transformative educational experience, GLS University is empowering students to thrive in an ever-evolving global economy. Yuvraj Jadhav, CFA Institute University Officer for the Gujarat Region, visited GLS University on Wednesday for the MoU signing ceremony.
This strategic partnership aims to foster a long-term collaborative relationship focused on promoting ethical standards and industry best practices. The MoU seeks to enhance academic and professional development through initiatives such as career mentorship programs, guest lectures by industry experts, and knowledge-sharing sessions designed to improve the employability and marketability of graduates.
Dr. Chandni Kapadia, Executive Director and International Director of GLS University, expressed her views on this collaboration, saying, “This MoU signifies a pivotal milestone in our mission to elevate the standards of the profession. Dr. Dhruv Brahmbhatt, Registrar of GLS University, and Dr. Marzun Jokhi, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, jointly confirmed that this MoU will serve as a win-win situation for both faculty members and the student fraternity, providing them with industry interface opportunities and enhancing their skill development.
