In a significant boost to welfare infrastructure, the Indian Army on Tuesday inaugurated a state-of-the-art ‘Golden Palm Facility’ at Nanganallur, reinforcing its commitment to the well-being of uniformed personnel and their families.

Designed under the Dakshin Bharat Area, the facility offers safe, comfortable and convenient transit as well as long-term accommodation at affordable rates for serving personnel, veterans and dependents of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard.

The facility was inaugurated by the General Officer Commanding of the Area, who подчеркed the broader vision behind the initiative:
