Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan has expressed shock to hear the collapse of a gallery of a stadium at the inaugural function of the 47th National Jr. Kabaddi championship at Suryapet on Monday.

She said it was shocking to know that many people sustained injuries in the accident.
I am deeply shocked to know about the tragic accident at the inaugural of the 47th National Kabaddi championship tournament at a newly constructed stadium in Suryapet district of Telangana.

The Governor prayed for the early recovery of all the injured. She wished for the best possible medical care available to all those injured, a communiqué from Rajbhavan said.
