The Gujarat government on Wednesday announced fresh relaxations in COVID-19 restrictions amid a drop in coronavirus cases in the state. The decision was taken in the core committee meeting held on Wednesday, says a release.
As per the fresh order, all shops in 36 cities of the state will be allowed to open from 9 am to 6 pm, starting June 4.
The state government has also said that home delivery by restaurants can now be done till 10 pm.
The state government also extended the night curfew in the state from June 4 till 11.

On May 27, the state government had extended the night curfew in 36 cities till June 4. The state government had also decided to relax the night curfew timings by an hour – 9 pm to 6 am, while keeping the day time restrictions in place.
