Hardik Satishchandra Shah, a 2010-Batch officer of Gujarat cadre, has been promoted as the Private Secretary in Prime Minister Officer (PMO) on Wednesday. Earlier, he was holding the post of Deputy Secretary in the PMO, sources said.
