HBK School celebrated ‘Reading Week’ with a captivating storytelling session led by renowned guest speaker, Dipali Bhachech. The event took place on 5th July 2023, and saw the participation of approximately 500 students, who were treated to an enriching experience.
Bhachech, the esteemed founder of ‘Story Hub’, captivated the audience with her engaging narratives of two impactful stories: “Sparrow and The Reed” and “King and Sons.” These tales highlighted the importance of friendship and wise decision-making during challenging times.
The session went beyond storytelling as Bhachech encouraged an interactive discussion with the students. This provided them with a deeper understanding of real-life situations and valuable insights on how to navigate them effectively.
In the second part of the session, Bhachech randomly selected students to share a word that came to their minds. These words were then used as prompts for the students to spontaneously create and act out stories on stage. The students demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm, confidence, and creativity, adding vibrant colors to the occasion.
