Hospital on Wheels, Care at the Doorstep
Equipped with dedicated doctors and nursing staff available 24×7, SIMS Hello Doctor offers on-the-go consultations, vaccinations, preventive screenings and basic diagnostics. What sets it apart is its real-time digital integration, enabling seamless teleconsultations with specialists and super-specialists across multiple disciplines.
The mobile unit ensures completely paperless, end-to-end patient care—from registration and consultation to diagnostics, referrals and follow-ups—eliminating the need for long travel and waiting times, especially for rural populations.
Technology Meets Compassion
With a strong emphasis on preventive healthcare and early disease detection, the medical bus focuses on identifying non-communicable diseases at an early stage. Services include vaccination-on-wheels, one-stop preventive health check-ups, and continuous wellness monitoring.
An AI-powered chatbot further enhances patient engagement by offering guided assistance, appointment support and access to verified health information, empowering communities to make informed healthcare decisions.
Beyond Villages: Schools, Colleges and Workplaces
As part of its outreach, the SIMS Hello Doctor medical bus will conduct exclusive health screenings across industries, schools, colleges and rural communities, along with smart health education and awareness sessions promoting healthy lifestyles and early intervention.
Under the Mission SIMS VILLAGE framework, SIMS Hospital will identify villages through the mobile unit to ensure continuous access to preventive, diagnostic and consultative healthcare, strengthening grassroots healthcare delivery. Citizens can also access services and information through the dedicated helpline 044 2001 2001.
