Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. (HMSI) on Friday announced that since the reopening of its network outlets in a stepwise manner and resuming dispatches this week, the retail sales momentum has started building up and Honda’s retail sales have crossed the 21,000 units’ mark, a company release said.
Parallelly, nearly 2.5 lac Honda customers have got their two-wheelers serviced at its dealerships & authorized service outlets across India.
With Safety comes the First approach, 45% of Honda dealers and 30% of its total network touchpoints now have re-opened. All these outlets are firmly adhering to the guidelines issued by the Government and also ensuring their processes and infrastructure readiness as per the comprehensive “Dealership Operations Resumption Manual” released by Honda.
Sharing on how Honda is prioritizing customer and staff safety while managing business continuity across its network in these uncertain times, Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Director – Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Safeguarding the health & well-being, Honda network is well equipped & geared up to delight customers. With the ready availability of six of India’s favourite BSVI products, we are seeing increasing take off in retails by the day. As the next step to give more peace-of-mind and enable its customers further, several attractive retail finance schemes and more buying convenience have been introduced at Honda’s network. Honda customers can now avail up to 100% loan to value, low down-payment, and savings going up to Rs. 12,000. Parallelly, customers can also choose to buy on EMI from a range of 20+ credit and debit cards. Online booking is also available at many of Honda’s dealership.
