Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has entered Nadiad with the launch of Boulevard9 – IHCL SeleQtions, an urban resort set amid landscaped greenery in the heart of Gujarat’s culturally rich temple town. Positioned just an hour from Ahmedabad and located off the golden quadrilateral expressway, the property adds a strategic new destination to IHCL’s fast-growing Gujarat portfolio.
Deepika Rao, Executive Vice President – New Businesses & Hotel Openings, said the opening reinforces the company’s commitment to the state. “Nadiad has emerged as an important industrial hub while retaining its spiritual significance. Boulevard9, with its scale and charm, is ideal for business, leisure and pilgrimage travellers,” she said.
Spread across seven acres, the resort features 108 rooms and suites designed with contemporary aesthetics and Gujarat-inspired textiles, offering serene views of the pool or gardens. Navras, the all-day diner, highlights the state’s flavours with traditional thalis alongside global classics.
The property offers a full suite of amenities—spa, gym, pool, indoor games, meeting rooms and a mix of indoor-outdoor event spaces suited for weddings, retreats and corporate gatherings.

With this launch, IHCL now has 39 hotels in Gujarat, including 17 under development, making it one of the state’s most comprehensive hospitality networks.
