HP India unveiled its new range of Smart Tank printers, for a smarter, more connected and more sustainable printing experience. This new range is designed especially for the everyday printing needs of home users, micro and small businesses, says a release.
In today’s hybrid world, Consumers have realized and acknowledged that printers are more important to their daily life than they have ever been. Keeping in mind the financial expenditure, micro/home businesses are looking for more affordable, easy-to-use, and smart printing solutions with low-cost print per page.
To support small & micro businesses followed by homer users, HP Smart Tank provides an enhanced user experience with an intuitive and seamless set-up, smart features, and better connectivity – including self-healing Wi-Fi and mobility with Smart App and Smart Advance.
HP’s new ink tank 580 printers can print up to 12,000 black/white pages and up to 6,000 colour pages for uninterrupted printing with a pre-filled ink supply.
The printer is available at a price of Rs 18,848, the HP Smart Tank 580 is affordable, easy to use and set up, and comes with loads of smart features.
The printer is equipped with convenient ink management and can easily monitor and maintain ink levels with ink sensors. In the box, users get two bottles containing black ink and one each of yellow, cyan and magenta. The amount of ink in the box is enough to take care of much of the cost of the printer itself. There’s also energy-saving auto-on/auto-off technology, so you can turn your printer on when you need it and off when you don’t.
Additionally, the printing speed is very fast, getting around 10-12 pages per minute (black) and four-five pages of colour prints per minute with sharp output.
The HP Smart Tank 580 is an all-in-one printer for printing, copying or scanning, and it works great as a copier and scanner. It comes with the HP Smart App that offers intuitive smart-guided buttons to guide. The device is also environmentally friendly, sustainably made using 45% post-consumer recycled content, no more cartridge waste with cartridge-free Smart Tank, the release added.
