The Founder or Permanent Trustees – Kishor Mehta and Charu Mehta and their sons – Prashant Mehta and Rajesh Mehta on Thursday announced that they are setting up world class medical facility at Gift City Gujarat giving a major boost to the healthcare infrastructure in the State of Gujarat.
The state-of-the-art Lilavati Hospital at GIFT City will comprise 250 census beds and 50 non-census beds and will provide world-class treatment to patients. They are setting up this hospital in their own individual capacity. The hospital has over 400 highly qualified doctors/consultants and a staff strength of around 2,500.

It has been voted the best hospital in Mumbai by different organisations over the last 25 years. We are glad we are finally doing that with the Lilavati Hospital in GIFT City. The hospital will provide tertiary and quaternary care services, and is strategically located to cater to patients from Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar as well as other surrounding places,” said Mr. Prashant Mehta, Permanent Trustee of Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical Trust

Despite the Gujarat entity and Mumbai entity are distinct from each other, the focus and endeavour has always been to optimise medical services and consider the patient safety to be paramount.
Lilavati Hospital to organise Free Medical Camp
Lilavati Hospital is organising a free medical check-up camp on November 19 (Saturday) at Mahakali Mandir Chowk, near bus stand in Palaj, Gandhinagar. The camp will take place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and is open to all.
The hospital appealed to people from surrounding villages to avail the benefit of free medical check-up at the camp. Lilavati Hospitals organizing this huge medical camp to cater to the indigenous patients of Gujarat and doing pure service to humanity.
