On the occasion of India’s 75th Independence Day Celebration, Ispahani Centre in collaboration with Space Kidz India, has organised a three-day event titled ‘Cultures & Cuisines’. It will be conducted at the premises of Ispahani Centre from Saturday o Monday – August 13 to 15, 2022 from 11 am to 10 pm.
The cultural events will have an Independence Day theme and will be competition based. Participants will be from local schools and colleges.
- An amalgamation and concoction of the varied cuisines of India on August 13,14 and 15
- Spot painting, model making competitions for children will be held to showcase their talents
There will be an elaborate display of food counters from North India to South and from East to West India, showcasing cuisines from the various regions.
Cultures & Cuisines an event which showcases an amalgamation and concoction of the varied cuisines of India also has offered a platform for local home-grown brands to feature their range of products in a mini-market organised at the centre. In addition, spot painting, model making competitions for children are being conducted to showcase their talents. Dance competition, fashion parade and last but not the least, music and short plays performed by Chennai Art Theatre.
