Air Marshal Manavendra Singh, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Training Command, IAF visited Air Force Administrative College (AFAC), Coimbatore for two days from Friday to Saturday.
On his arrival, the Air Marshal was received by Air Commodore Rajnish Verma, Commandant, Air Force Administrative College and was presented with an impressive Guard of Honour by the air warriors of AFAC. The Air Marshal was on his maiden visit to AFAC after assuming the office of Air Officer Commanding in Chief, Training Command, IAF. The Commandant, AFAC introduced the key personnel to AOC-in-C after which the Air Marshal visited all important areas of training and interacted with the staff. He reviewed upcoming infrastructural projects at Air Force Hospital and visited the newly constructed AF School building and living-in Airmen Accommodation.
Later, the Air Marshal addressed all the air warriors and civilians of this Station and appreciated them for their continued efforts towards the quest for excellence in training and exhorted everyone to scale further heights.
