The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) District Headquarters No.1, Porbandar organised a Motorcycle rally on Saturday as part of the ‘Coast Guard Day Celebrations-2024’. The 40-km long rally comprising 90 bikers was flagged off from the Indian Coast Guard District Headquarters and traversed through the prominent sites of the city.
To commemorate the 48th @IndiaCoastGuard Day, the Commander Coast Guard Region (North-East) flagged off a Motorcycle Rally today. Besides, signifying the role of the Indian Coast Guard in securing country’s interests in its Maritime Zones, the event served as a platform to motivate and inspire the youth to engage in various activities of national importance and contribute to the vision of a developed India through skill development, leadership, and social responsibility as part of ‘My Yuva Bharat Campaign,’ an initiative of the Central Government.
