The 14th International Conference on Management Cases (ICMC 2025) hosted by BIMTECH, Greater Noida, concluded on a high note, with Prof. Bharat Bhasker, Director of IIM Ahmedabad, leading the academic narrative as Chief Guest. His inaugural address reaffirmed the enduring power of the case method in shaping decision-ready managers.
“This is not just a conference—case study methodology lies at the heart of management education. In today’s volatile corporate environment, it is more essential than ever, because it is through cases that students truly learn what decision-making means,” Prof. Bhasker emphasised.
Keynotes Link Global Standards with Classroom Realities
ICMC 2025 featured two influential keynote sessions.
Violetta Gallagher, Product & Publishing Director, Ivey Publishing, offered insights into global expectations for high-quality teaching cases, stressing inclusivity, ethics and relevance.
“Today’s students care deeply about justice, sustainability and ethics… we must bring cases that resonate with their lived realities,” she said.
