The Indian Institute of Technology, Patna and Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research And Management (IITRAM), Ahmedabad on Thursday announced that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology, Patna.
The MoU was signed between IITRAM and IIT Patna by Director General of IITRAM, Prof. Bhrigu Nath Singh and Director or IIT Patna, Prof. A.K. Singh, here at IITRAM.
The MoU facilitates collaborative research, lectures and conferences in areas of common interests between the two institutes. It also allows exchange of students, scholars and researchers in addition to sharing of data, documentation and research materials. Students of both the institutes can benefit from the credit transfer, especially through joint degree programs.
Speaking on this, Director General of IITRAM, Prof. BN Singh said, “The MoU allows both institutes to engage in joint academic and research activities and exchange of students and faculty members for teaching and learning. Such collaborations are beneficial to both the institutions.”
Prof. AK Singh, Director, IIT Patna emphasized that benefits of student exchange programs and joint research opportunities between IIT Patna and IITRAM.
