I’m Happiness is a research lab on happiness and cognitive fitness. Their mission is to increase the happiness Index of India. In Hello Happiness they provided “1-1” exclusive mentoring to people directly or on requests by friends, relatives, or on behalf of their close ones.
They help people to deal with issues to face all facets of life, from Career anxiety, relationship problems, financial anxiety, Emotional imbalances, Fear, Stress, and Insomnia to finding purpose in one’s life. Their aim is to inculcate hope in people’s current state and progress towards a solution to life situations. Several happiness activities, fun debates, intellectual sessions have been done for the same.
Hello Happiness initiative was backed by the Department of Science & Technology in association with VIPO, Karma Foundation and Supported by MINI COOPER BMW. Their ideas are backed by a team of psychologists, neuroscientists, and experts in the field of developing human potential. They are closely working with UNICEF and the Department of Science and technology in conducting campaigns surrounding mental health and are also actively running a helpline for the mental well-being of people.
Dwarkeshlal Maharajshri , Bharat Zaveri , Girish Dani are also supporting this campaign. Anar Ben Patel ( Social worker ), Chiranjiv Patel ( Karma Foundation & PC SNEHAL ), Simone Khambatta ( Mompreneur and Influencer), Daniel Weber ( Actor and Husband Sunny Leone were guests at this event. There was also a Debate conversation with Hemang Dave (Actor Comedian), Priyank Shah (Founder Beardo, Renne), Sahiba Arora ( Designer ), Deepali C ( DEECCEE ).
Aishwarya Jain founder of I’mHappiness said that this have impacted more than 20,000 children, parents, caregivers, and teachers in having better mental well-being.
