Navjeevan Express Food & Nutrition Contributing Editor and Celebrity Master Chef Dr Kaviraj Khialani was recently honoured and awarded by featuring in the list of Top Quality Educationists in India for the Year 2021, by India Prime Quality Awards, New Delhi.
From time immemorial teaching is the noblest profession on earth and teachers are revered like gods in India. Hands that hold the magic wand of knowledge rules the whole universe holds good in the case of Dr Kaviraj.
Chef Kaviraj is a renowned name in the food and hospitality industry for over 22 years now having excelled in over 33 international cuisines and more with his quality and varied experience of working in various fields related to the hospitality industry from five star hotels to being a sky chef with an international airline company. He is also a known face on Indian television having featured on Star Plus and Colors television on several food shows.
His flair and passion for writing, training and sharing knowledge has been well acknowledged over the years and having received a number of national awards and global recognitions for this quality in training and development for the culinary and hospitality industry is truly commendable. sharing knowledge and education in various forms and on various platforms has been second nature to him for over two decades now.
Chef Kaviraj has been associated with a number of hotel management colleges and universities in India and overseas as well offering the very best of his experience to the young budding chefs and hoteliers of tomorrow. Recently, he has also been conducting a very unusual series of national level educational and motivational webinar sessions for over two dozen hotel management colleges and universities across India, inspiring the young generation to stay focussed and work on their aims and foresee a bright career in the hospitality industry & not give up.
Commenting on this award, Chef Kaviraj said, “It just makes me feel like doing more and more, sharing knowledge and education is such a noble task & I feel very touched when my inputs and experience can make a change in the lives of people who wish to achieve something in their life. The COVID pandemic has taught us all many things but to me extending my little support and being able to give back to society and my industry meant a lot.
