The Indian Air Force (IAF) on Thursday announced that it had reached out to students through ‘Induction Publicity Exhibition Vehicle (IPEV)’ in Vadodara on Wednesday, a Defence release said.
આ વાહનની મદદથી IAFદ્વારા અવારનવાર વિશેષ રોડ ડ્રાઇવ યોજવામાં આવે છે જેમાં દેશના વિવિધ સ્થળોને આવરી લઇને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને મહાત્વાકાંક્ષીઓ સુધી પહોંચવામાં આવે છે

‘Induction Publicity Exhibition Vehicle (IPEV)’ of the IAF is a specially modified vehicle to showcase various aspects of it and a medium to bring the IAF to the doorstep of candidates/ aspirants across the country.

The IPEV showcases career related information, life and training, using its assets, including flying simulator and Glasstron to provide an experience of various facets of the IAF. It frequently organizes Special Road Drives (SRD) with this vehicle covering different locations of the country to reach out to students and aspirants. The facility provides an opportunity to interact directly with youth and provide guidance and motivation on various career opportunities available in the Indian Air Force.
The current edition of the drive started recently from New Delhi. It arrived at Air Force Station Vadodara on March 8. A publicity campaign was conducted on March 9 at Parul University, which mainly included sessions with students, including a motivational lecture and brief interaction. The students made good use of the tour of the Publicity Exhibition Vehicle to gain insights into life in the IAF.
