Public sector lender Indian Bank has announced on Wednesday that it has handed over in principle home loans to over 200 customers at the recently held CREDAI Fairpro 2023 in Chennai.
Indian Bank partnered with CREDAI, Chennai for CREDAI FAIRPRO-2023, a Property Exhibition that brought many reputed sellers and interested buyers under one roof and showcased its competitive product portfolio under home loans category. Held at Chennai Trade Center, the 3-days long event opened on Friday, where Chief Minister of Tamilnadu. MK Stalin, unveiled the TN Real Estate Vision 2030 on Saturday.
The grand Indian Bank stall was inaugurated by Imran Amin Siddiqui, Executive Director, Indian Bank in the presence of G Rajeswara Reddy, Field General Manager, Indian Bank, Chennai and other Senior Officials of the Bank. The Bank issued In Principle Home Loan Sanctions to over 200 customers.
Meanwhile, home loans to the tune of ₹700 crore were sanctioned at the three-day home loan mela organised by the Chennai Chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (Credai), according to a senior Credai official.
The home loans were sanctioned by SBI, Indian Bank, Canara Bank, LIC, and HDFC at the mela held between 10-12 February, said CREDAI Chennai President S Sivagurunathan.
