Life Fitness Pro, the biggest gym in India, and one that has helped thousands of Amdavadis take their fitness to the next level, celebrated its 4th anniversary on Thursday with a series of programmes.
Life Fitness Pro, which is equipped with a staggering 150 workout stations, selected 10 of its members – five men and as many women – as its brand ambassadors following an extensive programme. The list includes Sakshi Mundra, Ritu Shah, Krishna Modi, Divy Shikari, Sunil Patani, Goldy Arora, Vatsal Sharma, Harshad Soni, Mahendrasinh Chauhan and Mittalsinh Chawada.
“We have more than 10,000 members out of whom we have chosen ten as our brand ambassadors or fitness icons. These are the members who have achieved a complete physical transformation or peak fitness levels through discipline and efforts under the guidance of our nationally and internationally certified fitness trainers and coaches. They have been a key part of our journey of four years and we believe it is apt that they share more about their fitness journey,” said Ajay Kadam, owner of Life Fitness Pro.
To mark its anniversary, the club organised a free session, which was attended by more number of fitness enthusiasts besides the members. The 10 brand ambassadors shared their fitness tips with the participants and stressed the need for adhering to exercise routines to achieve optimal benefits of the workout. They also shared their personal fitness regimens with the participants and thanked the expert trainers and coaches at Life Fitness Pro for their constant encouragement and guidance and for helping them achieve high fitness levels.

To mark the special occasion, Life Fitness Pro invited more than 100 children from anganwadis to the club on Wednesday evening and gave them a tour of the facility. The children were explained about the different exercise machines and equipment available at the gym. The children were also gifted school bags, compass boxes, books, and educational kits.
