To mark the International Women’s Day and celebrate its 10th anniversary, the Chennai-based Al-Shifa Cupping Clinic launched 100 free Special Hajima Therapy on Tuesday. Founder president of Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) Thol Thirumavalavan launched the free Hajima Therapy for women at its facility at Nandamam Temple Towers.
The main motive of this campaign is to emphasize on improving women’s health & well-being via cupping treatments for multiple areas of concern like hair care, face brightening and healthy body.
Addressing reporters MA Fenazir, Founder & CEO of Al-Shifa Clinic said, “We began our journey a decade ago and earned the tag of ‘pioneer in specialized cupping therapy (Hijama)’ and delivers customized services with the help of certified Acu Professionals and cupping therapists. She also said that Al-Shifa cupping clinic is an undisputed expert in cupping therapy who continues to research & specialises in this field.
When asked about the affordability of the treatments, she said the minimum treatment cost for cupping therapy starts from Rs 1,500 for a sitting. A patient has to go through multiple sittings as per the condition of their health, she added.
She has completed MD (Acu), MD (Hijama), Certified Cupping specialist, fellowship in Cosmetology at Institute of Laser & Aesthetic Medicine and is a Member of International Cupping Association. Her focus is to deliver natural and pleasing results for clients who come with various health and cosmetic ailments. Dr Fenazir & her team has welcomed 100 women for Hijama Therapy (Wet Cupping) and promises them to take back home a feeling of wellness & bliss.
