To ensure 200+ woman staffers’ safety and security in the work place, meat retail brand Fipola constituted a POSH Committee on Monday, March 8, International Women’s Day, said Sushil Kanugolu, founder and CEO of the company.
The committee would comprise Aishwariya Sushil, Menakshi Tandon and Moumita Roy, respectively. A special helpline number has also been rolled out for expeditious grievance redressal.
Dr Sanjoy Das, COO, Fipola, stated, “We, at Fipola, strive to eliminate sexual harassment in the workplace. It is our responsibility to ensure safety for women at work and improve their participation and security factor both on mental and physical levels.”
