On International Day of Yoga, June 21, Isha organized free yoga programs across various locations in Tamil Nadu. The events included esteemed Tamil Nadu Governor, R. N. Ravi, gracing the Yoga celebrations at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University.

The day was marked by hundreds of CRPF soldiers participating in a yoga session held at Isha Yoga Center in front of Adiyogi today. This was complemented by several free yoga sessions conducted across various districts of Tamil Nadu.

- More than 600 free yoga programs were offered as a lead-up to the Yoga Day Celebrations including Chennai Airport, IIT Madras, Bharat Petroleum, and Foxconn among others.
Governor R. N. Ravi attended a program at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in Coimbatore, where he was joined by thousands of students from the Agricultural University, Isha Vidya schools, and the general public.
Throughout Tamil Nadu, notable Yoga events included Chennai Airport, IIT Madras, Bharat Petroleum, and Foxconn among others. In Coimbatore, free yoga classes were conducted at Central Jail, Railway Station, Air Force Management Training College, INS Agrani, Sulur Air Force Base, CRPF Central Training College, Infosys office, and various educational institutions and private organizations.
These classes focus on teaching simple yet powerful Upa Yoga practices such as Yoga Namaskar, Nadi Shuddhi, and Shambhavi Mudra, which have proven benefits of enhancing vitality, focus, memory, and productivity. These practices further stabilize the body, mind, and emotions.
