Ishaara, the acclaimed dining destination at Palladium Mall renowned for its ingredient-focused cooking and celebration of India’s rich culinary heritage, successfully launched “Proof Positive: A Zero-Proof Cocktail Journey” on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. This exclusive event showcased innovative alcohol-free cocktails, bringing together Ahmedabad’s top F&B professionals to challenge conventions and elevate non-alcoholic beverages as premium social experiences.

Curated by Anil Mulchandani, a senior F&B professional and tastemaker, the event highlighted sophisticated, wellness-forward concoctions that emphasized flavor intensity and craftsmanship without alcohol. Held at Ishaara @Palladium, the gathering attracted 60-70 industry leaders, including chefs, mixologists, restaurateurs, sommeliers, food connoisseurs, influencers, and bloggers. Attendees experienced live zero-proof mixology counters, collaborative cocktail menus, workshops, demos, media walk- throughs, tasting stations, and curated pairings with small plates – all designed to shift perceptions around non-alcoholic drinks and expand guest demographics.
The event flow began with a warm welcome featuring floating cocktails at 3:30 pm, followed by the announcement and demo of Ishaara’s Proof Positive cocktail program. A highlight was the contest where guests got a chance to present their own cocktails, attend a cocktail making masterclass and learn nuances of the zero-proof beverage range from SOBER, leading into an afternoon of snacks, drinks, and networking from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. The venue was transformed with theater-style seating, prominent SOBER bottle displays, standees, and gifts sponsored by SnS, IFEA, Ishaara & SOBER.

Ishaara’s menu philosophy for the event aligned seamlessly with its core ethos: wellness-focused, inclusive, creatively curated, and ingredient-forward, ensuring no compromise on complexity or presentation.
