CHENNAI, MARCH 30

Japanese utility vehicle manufacturer Isuzu Motors India, citing the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic, on Monday said it has realigned its BS-VI emission compliant vehicles to the second quarter of fiscal 2020-21.

In a statement issued here, the company said owing to the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic and resultant inconvenience it has been causing people, has realigned its plans to introduce its BS-VI models to the later part of the second quarter of 2020-21.

“A firmer date will be announced closer to the time of launch,” the company said.

Meanwhile, Isuzu Motors India has also informed its customers across the country regarding the current service schedules and eligibility.

All vehicles whose warranty expires or expired during the period March 15-April 15 will now have their warranty extended until end-May 2020.

Similarly, all vehicles that were due for Periodic Maintenance Service during this period can now avail it until end-May 2020
