Tamil Nadu IT Minister Mano Thangaraj on Sunday said visionary Chief Minister MK Stalin-led government will rope in IT parks to impart training to 5,000 teachers and one lakh youth so as to boost the employability potential of the state.

He was speaking at the ‘Tamil Nadu Startup Growth Conclave’, a two-day brainstorming session, hosted at Rathinam College which was also attended by Electricity Minister Senthil Balaji on the second day of the event.
The main theme of the conclave was gathering like-minded people in making the entire ecosystem futuristic ready with the help of technology. It was chaired by Dr Chintan Vaishnav, the Mission Director of Atal Innovation Mission. The conclave was held to solve the problem and challenges for start-up enablers and professionals involved in the start-up and created a sustainable environment. It acts as a dynamic community of start-ups and investors. The conclave was organised with an objective to build the opportunity for the start-ups.
Speaking to the media, IT Minister of Tamil Nadu expressed some valuable points and captured essence about the sustainability for Next-Gen-Emerging models. Minister Mano Thangaraj said, “Visionary Chief Minister MK Stalin-led government will rope in IT parks to impart training to 5,000 teachers and one lakh youth so as to boost their employability potential. In this two-day conclave, we have received many innovative suggestions to improve the IT sector.”
“Lakhs of Tamil Nadu will get job opportunities in IT sector. Tamil Nadu government will act as catalyst for innovators and start-ups by rendering all help to commence their business and industry. IT parks will join hands with the state government to impart quality training to school and college teachers as well students. This will help the educated youth from the state to get skill development and thus become industry-ready,” the IT Minister said.
This conclave covered a wide range of relevant topics for start-ups. Thus the conclave focused on the part of “Impact Investing mainstream”. This gave a note of how an investment approach that intentially seeked to create both financial return and positive impact. It found focus and scope in impacting start-ups. It targets to produce environmental benefits. This dealt with start-ups in gaining and delivered an impact. Thus the conclave finalised its journey from inception to growth and success. It personified the purpose of a conclave, its values, dedicated vision and its mission.
Dr. B. Nagaraj, Director Operations, AICRAISE; Dr Madan A Senthil, CEO-AICRAISE; Prof. P. Kaliraj, Vice-Chancellor, Bharathiar University;. M. Balasubramaniam, Global Investors Private Equity – Venture Capital, Strategic Technology Advisor and Raja Gopla Sunkara IAS., Coimbatore Municipal Commissioner were also present at the event.
