The dinner buffet will bring you a melange of flavours with some traditional Holi favourites. The offerings include a flatbread station, Thukpa, chhole bature, Gajar ka halwa, Crispy falafel wrap with butternut hummus, Pineapple and celery shooter, Poached pears, charred vine tomatoes and goat cheese roulade and Makhane wali kheer.
