Krishnagiri-based NGO, the Integrated Village Development Programmme (IVDP) has donated Rs. 1 crore towards the Chief Ministers Public Relief Fund (TNCMPF), the crowd-funding platform of the Tamil Nadu government to offset the CORONA relief measures across the district.
Magsaysay awardee and IVDP President Kulandai Francis and IVDP office-bearers handed over the cheque to Chief Minister M K Stalin at the secretariat on Tuesday.
Francis was accompanied by MLA Inigo Irudayaraj, former MLA T Senguttuvan was also present on this occasion, says an IVDP release.
