Jammu & Kashmir Tourism showcased its rich cultural heritage and diverse tourism offerings at the Travel & Tourism Fair (TTF) Ahmedabad 2025, garnering an enthusiastic response from industry stakeholders, travel professionals, and visitors alike. It was conferred with Group Participation Award under Big Pavilion category. The award was presented at the Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Centre in Gandhinagar during the TTF, which concluded on here on Saturday.

J&K Tourism’s vibrant pavilion attracted significant footfall, showcasing the region’s breathtaking landscapes, adventure activities, pilgrimage circuits, offbeat travel experiences, traditional arts, crafts, and cuisine.

Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board has bagged the award under Special Category for promoting high altitude marathon while Uttar Pradesh Tourism has received the award under the Most Promising category for promoting a new destination.

Goa has won the Excellence Award for its hinterland tourism campaign for the ‘Goa Beyond Beaches’ campaign.

As Gujarat’s biggest and most influential travel trade show, this year’s edition brought together over 900 exhibitors and more than 15,000 B2B visitors, reinforcing TTF’s stature as the leading travel marketplace in Gujarat.

Held from 31st July to 2nd August, spanning across four expansive halls, TTF Ahmedabad showcased an extraordinary range of domestic and international destinations, with strong participation from 25+ Indian states and UTs and representation from 30+ countries.

The show was inaugurated in the presence of dignitaries, including Omar Abdullah, Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, and Mulubhai Bera, Minister of Tourism, Government of Gujarat. Also in attendance were top tourism and government officials from Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, Kerala, and other participating states, alongside key industry leaders and the media.

As Gujarat contributes 15.4% of India’s total tourism output and a significant share of outbound travellers, TTF Ahmedabad remains a critical hub for the travel industry to tap into this booming market.

Throughout the three days, TTF Ahmedabad served as an instrumental hub of networking, collaborating, and closing deals for national and international tourism organisations like Sri Lanka Tourism, Gujarat Tourism, Uttar Pradesh Tourism, Uttarakhand Tourism, J & K Tourism, Goa Tourism, Odisha Tourism, Rajasthan Tourism, Punjab Tourism, Kerala Tourism, Karnataka Tourism, Assam Tourism, Tamil Nadu Tourism, Chhattisgarh Tourism, Meghalaya Tourism, Tripura Tourism, and many more.

Notable private participants including Holiday Mechanic, Praveg Limited, The Travel Nexus, Wyndham Hotel Group, Booking Window, Travel High, Bayan Group of Hotels & Resorts, Booking Junction, Travel Plug, Global Tourism Club, Trulyy India Hotels and Resorts, Cruise Carrot, Sri Siddhi DMC Travel Hub, Sarovar Hotels and Resorts, Royal Orchid Hotels, Treat Hotels & Resorts, Concept Hospitality, Ottila International, Radisson Hotel Group, Holiday Sketcher DMC for Bali, and others showcased their best offerings.

The final day concluded with the Valedictory & Awards Function, which honoured outstanding exhibitors, tourism boards, and stakeholders for their creativity, innovation, and impact during the event. This celebratory close highlighted the growing momentum of the TTF series and its expanding role in shaping regional tourism.

Looking ahead, the TTF series continues its nationwide journey, with upcoming editions ,including TTF Mumbai on 11, 12 & 13 August,  BLTM Delhi on 11, 12 & 13 September TTF Hyderabad on 19 & 20 September. Each event offers new opportunities for networking, deal-making, and staying ahead.
