Private sector banking major Karur Vysya Bank on Monday inaugurated four new branches – two in Tamil Nadu and one each in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. With this the total branch network of the Bank increased to 812.

Karur City Municipal Corporation Commissioner N Ravichandran inaugurated the 809th branch at Velliyanai, Karur, Tamil Nadu.
- With the inauguration of these branches, the ATM network of the bank will increase to 1,643 and that of Cash Recyclers to 604
- The bank’s total business was Rs 1,47,671 crores as on 30.06.2023 with a deposit base of Rs 80,715 cr. and Gross advances at Rs 66,956 cr
Punganur Municipal Commissioner P Narasimha Prasad Reddy inaugurated the 810th branch at Punganur , Chittor, Andhra Pradesh.
Vice-President, Vellore Institute of Technology & Chairman, Vellore International School Dr GV Selvam inaugurated the 811th branch at Sathuvachari, Vellore, Tamil Nadu.
Imbrahimpatnam Assistant Commissioner of Police TS Uma Maheshwara Rao inaugurated the 812th branch atIbrahimpatnam, Rangareddy, Telangana.
With the inauguration of these branches, the ATM network of the bank will increase to 1,643 and that of Cash Recyclers to 604.
The bank’s total business was Rs. 1,47,671 crores as on 30.06.2023 with a deposit base of Rs. 80,715 cr. and Gross advances at Rs. 66,956 cr. The bank posted net profit of Rs. 359 cr. in Q1 2023-24.
