India’s largest food and FMCG brand, Amul, on Saturday announced the launch of Amul’s latest innovation, world’s first high-protein kulfi by KKR in Kolkata on Friday.
Incidentally, Amul is making waves for its high impact association with 9 teams for high protein range, with 6 teams for ice cream and with three teams for beverages this IPL season.
Amul, the leader in ice cream category in India has a huge range of ice creams made in multiple packaging formats, flavors, prices, and pack sizes, leaving consumers spoilt for choice. Amul’s strategic launch of high protein range is powering the athletes and nonathletes alike. Both Amul ice cream and Amul Protein are official partners with KKR this season. Taking the protein revolution ahead, KKR team launched Amul’s latest innovation, world’s first high-protein kulfi.
“Amul high-protein kulfi was launched on Friday, 25th Apr’25 at a grand event at ITC Sonar, Kolkata. It is a game changer high protein product for masses. Every high protein mango flavoured kulfi contains 10g protein with only 57 calories. It is low fat, lactose free, prebiotic, provides 100 million CFU probiotics and has no added sugar. Priced at just Rs 40 for a 60g pack, it will be soon launched on Amul’s all official q-comm partners,” says an Amul release.

Amul high-protein range available only on Amul’s D2C site shop.amul.com has taken the fitness and nutrition market by storm. Launched in 2022, this range comprises India’s first plain lactose free WPC with 25 g protein in single serve sachet of 32g with no added sweetener, color or flavor, lactose free chocolate WPC, high protein paneer with 25% protein (Rs 150|205g), high protein dahi with 25g protein (Rs 70|400g), and many more such exciting high protein products.
