Le Royal Méridien Chennai on Wednesday announced the launch of the reimagined Navaratna, an elevated dining experience dedicated to celebrating The Royal Indian cuisine symbolizing the cultural significance and gastronomical wealth of nine Indian states- Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Goa, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh with a new, innovative concept. Rooted in the rich traditions of Indian gastronomy and elevated for today’s discerning diners, Navaratna brings a fresh perspective to timeless recipes, regional authenticity, and regal ambiance, set within the luxurious surroundings of Le Royal Méridien.

Navaratna’s new menu highlights a selection of signature dishes from Nine Indian States, each crafted with authentic ingredients and techniques to honor the culinary traditions of India.

Navaratna’s interiors have been transformed to evoke the grandeur of India’s royal courts, with décor inspired by palace artistry, intricate woodwork, and hand-selected artifacts from across India. To further elevate the experience, guests can enjoy live classical Indian music performed by talented musicians during dinner, from Wednesday to Saturday.
