Legalwiz.in announced its plans to aggressively recruit and also launch continuous training & development modules for all its various teams. The company currently has a team of 45+ employees and is aggressively recruiting across all levels to augment the various teams.
Speaking on the occasion, Shrijay Sheth, Founder – Legalwiz.in, said, “We are more than doubling team size, as we expand our offerings and foresee an increase in business. Aggressively recruiting & onboarding people in our business professional, technology, digital and marketing teams, we are launching custom training modules, L&D (Learning & Development) programs meshed with real-time “live” projects to ensure that the teams hit the ground running. We seized the Pandemic as an opportunity to explore newer ways of doing business, ensure no-cost new customer acquisition and build lasting relationships. Securing funding of Rs 3.8 cr and recently recording our highest ever revenue gave further impetus to our plans.”
He further elaborated, “Going forward, as we deploy the funding to widen our embrace to include smart & collaborative Technology, Cloud ERP & SAAS offerings and build stronger partnerships, we need to stand ready to enable & equip our expanding team to drive the growth agenda. To retain our 9.6/10 referral score, we continuously need to upskill and ensure customer delight – and hence the investment in training.
