Tarannum Yogesh Dobriyal, a born pshyic and expert trainer in spiritual healing, NLP master practitioner, hypnotherapy and telepathy practitioner. She is currently Founder Director of Enlightenment, a one of its king life coaching organization.
She is now offering the mindfulness programme free-of-cost for managing unprecedented levels of stress emanating from the lockdown and related challenges. The programme empowers people to reach their own higher state of awareness, thus helping reduce anxiety, heal your mood and remove unpleasant behaviour traits, and even relax. Her customers have claimed that over a period of time, the practices and light mind exercised have helped improve their quality of life irrespective of the challenges.
The free sessions will begin on May 1 and will involve breathing exercises to help you control and manage your thoughts.

This 21-day course (free for enrolment on 1st May 2021) is an online meditation which involves breathing with focus on each emotion and releasing it. It helps build routine, habits and a significant consciousness of the self and the inner self.
